I have been seeing Fran for a couple years. I went to see her for migraines, neck pain, broken sacrum and dislocated tail bone. Over the years she has helped me in to reduce my pain and made me feel relaxed and improve my posture. Fran has also worked wonders for my grandson's back which was out of alignment. Now he is able to run and his speach is getting much better. Fran does amazing and wonderful work to help her patients. I have attended a couple of Fran clear and energy days where it is more intense and the energy I get is great. I feel like I am buzzing all over with the energy. Whilst I didn’t have a specific problem that I needed treating , I was looking for overall well being. Working from home for the best part of the week I was noticing more tension and niggles. I can definitely feel a benefit from my adjustments. I felt lighter, better sleep and if I did happen to have some issue or pain when I went for my treatment, it seemed to remedy it the next day. I have learned how to regulate my nervous system by connecting my mind, body and space; as well as breathing techniques and the importance of stretching for me. I have experienced extreme anxiety and lower back pain for decades, I finally have a way to relieve the symptoms and have come to understand how they are connected. My experience has been truly transformative, and my outlook on life has changed. From the chiropractic practice to repeatedly engaging with such warm, kind and understanding humans I am enjoying life and excited about the future.
